In The Deliciously Keto Cookbook, authors Molly Pearl and Kelly Roehl do a great job of explaining the Keto diet. They have included details on how the diet works, what it does & does not do and even some precautions to take when beginning a Keto diet.
Is the Keto diet for you? If you're not sure, this book will definitely help you decide.
Not only is the book packed with good information, it also contains some really great recipes. The cookbook contains delicious recipes for breakfasts, snacks, appetizers, salad, soups, stews, main courses, sides and desserts.
